Aries Cheung MBA, JP is an experienced business strategist, connector, and community leader with more than 35 years of international management, consulting, and business development experience across Australia, Hong Kong, China, and the Asia-Pacific region.

As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Onteam Global, Aries works closely with entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, global talent, and business leaders to develop strategic pathways for business growth, international collaboration, Australian migration opportunities, and long-term commercial positioning.

Aries plays a key leadership role in guiding clients through high-level business and migration strategies, including Australian National Innovation Visa (Subclass 858) pathways, entrepreneur and investment opportunities, global talent positioning, and cross-border business expansion. Through his extensive international networks and strategic relationships, Aries assists clients in connecting with the right people, opportunities, and platforms to support their future growth and success.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and decades of leadership experience across business consulting, immigration strategy, international trade, education, property development, and community engagement, Aries is recognised for his ability to build trusted relationships and create win-win partnerships across cultures and industries.

Having lived and worked extensively within both Eastern and Western environments, Aries brings a unique multicultural perspective and strong understanding of international business communication. He speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and has built long-standing professional relationships throughout Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Asia.

Aries is also actively involved in community leadership and social impact initiatives. He currently serves as the President of the Australia Chapter of Asia CEO Community and continues to support meaningful projects that focus on people empowerment, business collaboration, and positive social influence.
