Anthony is the visionary founder of OnTeam Global gifted with smart solution orientated creativity and a natural ability to find the right connections for success.
Being a pioneer of innovation, he exudes passion for people and for projects …in particular the ones with purpose.
An award winning student of creativity, Anthony started and led a highly successful award winning advertising agency with clients that included Nivea, SC Johnson, Arnott’s, Mars, Sanitarium, Blanco, Safcol, Unforgettable India, Gloria Jeans Coffee, PWC and over 25 local Governments.
Anthony helped launch BNI in Australia being the President of the first 3 Sydney chapters.
Today, Anthony focuses on building businesses and brands to fulfil his Kingdom assignment, leading a growing team of awesome like-minded people and counts it an honour to be called into leadership at this time.
Anthony likes to see people living their best lives, fulfilling thier dreams and enjoying the work they do.
Aries Cheung

Aries was appointed as the Director of Asia Pacific for her invaluable perspectives to the Organisation through innovative marketing and networking, particularly in the Hong Kong, China and Asia regions. Aries is very versatile and can speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
Her wide experience in having lived in several countries meant she understands people from different cultures.
With a Master in Business Administration degree from UK and more than 35 years of extensive international working experience, Aries assists the Organisation to partner efficiently and effectively with clients. Aries has strong Hong Kong and China business and professional networks. Prior to the pandemic, Aries travels extensively to provide care, support, assistance and leadership to her networks. Aries continues to do that through the various social media applications and platforms which she is very adept at. As a Justice of the Peace, Aries has high ethical standards and strive to help people whenever possible.
Aries believes in Australia, a land of opportunity for everyone, and is very knowledgeable in immigration matters. This includes investment linked, global talent and entrepreneurial pathways. As a people person, Aries is friendly and approachable
Blake Harrison
Operations Manager
Blake has been with OnTeam since 2017. He has a background in strategic marketing and management support. He was appointed as the Operations Manager in 2019 and works closely with our clients to ensure all projects are executed and managed effectively.
Having obtained Bachelor of Business degree (Marketing and Management) from the University of Newcastle he understands the needs of demanding project management and works closely with our clients to ensure positive outcomes.
Blake has had experience working with leading Australian FMCG company Sanitarium and the multi-national franchise giant United Franchise Group (brands Signarama, Fully Promoted, Experimac, Transworld) as their Marketing Executive.
He has had advanced training and certification in online advertising, website user experience management and Google Adwords.
Blake brings his youthful energy and passion for business to our group and is always welcome to new challenges.
Jacob Harrison
IT, Logistics & Distribution
Jacob has extensive experience in the IT & Logistics sectors. Jacob is able to multi-thread when it comes to tasks requiring detailed logistics management, and does so effectively with a simple smile, which belies the complexities behind the minute eagle-eye focus required.
He is the chief overseer of client IT systems and heads up product procurement and distribution. Jacob is also the Team's information collation expert, and he is the go-to guru whenever information is required. He is highly dependable and reliable.
As a father, Jacob finds tremendous satisfaction in family life in spite of the long 12-hour days he put into his work.
Jacob is a highly valued member of the Team.
Hau Wong
Legal and Compliance
Hau was admitted as a barrister to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1990. He is currently registered as a solicitor and barrister. With his many years of legal experience, Hau is a valuable member of the Organisation.
Before joining the Organisation, Hau worked in the New South Wales public sector for more than a decade. He has indepth understanding of the workings of the public sector and the importance of the Rule of Law.
In his spare time, Hau enjoys cooking. He also enjoys long quiet drives when he can do nothing except to focus on the driving.
A man of few words, Hau is also a registered migration agent.
Jessica Wang
Migration Agent/Education Consultant
Jessica is an Australian Registered Migration Agent and a NSW Justice of the Peace.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University and obtained her Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University. Jessica has worked as a consultant on Australian Visa application, focussing on Australian Education, for many years.
Jessica's enthusiasm is especially ignited when it comes to providing studying strategies to clients who wish to align suitable career paths through education that can lead to successful future permanent residency in Australia. She works on many educational projects with famous Australian Universities and institutions of higher learnings. She is confident and knowledgeable to guide clients to achieve their goals.
Her professionalism is highly valued and is a great contribution to the team.
Dave Martin
Business Management Consultant
David combines his strategic, relational and practical strengths to create balance in transaction management and transformational leadership to achieve strategic project goals.
As Sanitarium’s National Community Engagement Manager for over a decade, he led double digit entry growth year on year of the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon program, building physical fitness and resilience in children. This involved 28 community events ANZ with over 150,000 attendees annually.
Previously David has worked as a Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager in Manufacturing, Advertising and Print/Point of Sale sectors.

Warwick is the Principal of Retail Focus, a sales consultancy and retail brokerage business
He has been in the business for over 35 years and has vast experience in these areas and a large network of contacts that is pertinent to the sale of products to grocery retailers.
Ian Cooke
Business Planner
Ian brings his vast business knowledge and experience to Onteam Global. Over his extensive career, Ian has worked in a range of industries from financial and retail to creative businesses including film/television as well as marketing/advertising. Ian has also worked in the Not for Profit charity sector with great success.
Ian understands the key elements of strategic planning, management and the entrepreneurs mind. His creativity gives him the ability to write narratives and create visual journeys whilst at the same time Ian is comfortable with spreadsheets and financial forecasting.
John McMahon
Business Development Lead
John has 30+ years experience in Sales and Business Development, primarily in Print, Packaging and Labelling as well as Sports Technology and the Health & Wellness industry.
John has strong relationship, negotiation, technical and problem solving skills and enjoys finding the best solutions for clients helping them to be successful in their business. Often bridging the gap between customer technical needs and working with internal teams to deliver a desired solution.
John has worked with people at all different levels and backgrounds often in complex environments engaging decision makers and influencers to achieve desired outcomes.

Maria Landrelli

Maria has been involved in mentoring and training franchisees and small business owners (SME) in computer accounting software and business systems since March 1994. Over this time she has helped hundreds of SMEs with their accounting needs using software programs such as MYOB and QuickBooks Online.
During her career Maria was the main trainer of a large international accounting franchise and setup many of the systems which are still in place today. Over the years she has mentored hundreds of franchisees, accountants, independent bookkeepers and staff to help them create their own profitable businesses.
Maria has also twice been a mentor for the "Women in Business Mentor" program for the NSW Department of State and Regional Development. The Women in Business Program helps up-and-coming women business owners expand their business.

Eric has many years of advisory consultancy and has worked with many professionals on immigration options. Eric is talented and understanding.
